They are joined by pencilers Geoff Shaw and Cory Smith, with Smith inked by Oren Junior. Alex Sinclair is the colorist and Cory Petit is the letterer on this issue, which officially brings Wolverine back in contact with the surviving members of the X-Men on Earth. During this year’s Hellfire Gala, Orchis successfully drove most of the mutant population off of Earth by blackmailing Charles Xavier into forcing the mutants off of Earth in return for Orchis not triggering a “kill switch” that it hid in all of the life-saving medicine that Krakoa had delivered throughout the world.
