The titular hero of Superman #16 and some of his greatest allies are busy regrouping within the Fortress of Solitude. Meanwhile, a team consisting of Jimmy Olsen, Silver Banshee, and Lex and Lena Luthor make their way through the ruins of Supercorp back in Metropolis. Lex had hoped that by putting Superman’s iconic symbol atop his own empire, he would effectively force the Man of Steel to work alongside him from afar. While this was indeed the case, Lex also managed to prove that he had changed on some fundamental level along the way.
